Greg Wasilczyk is a strength and conditioning trainer, mobility and flexibility coach, and a massage therapist. Greg graduated from the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, Poland with a specialty as a boxing coach and physical education teacher. For over 25 years, he has been fulfilling his passion for sport and training by applying science and the newest training methodologies into clients' lives. He promotes a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition, breathing exercises and physical training. The newest addition to Greg's services is utilizing equipment for metabolic testing which includes VO2max , Resting Metabolic Rate, CO2, movement economy, and measuring heart rate training zones. Greg is certified in an instrument assisted technique called Graston Technique. Greg has worked with professional athletes and celebrities in the past, including boxing World Champion Tomasz Adamek, NBA basketball player Yi Jianlian, and celebrity chef Jason Roberts.
